Just her pleasant mannerism ...made me feel at ease.we first knew i needed hair color. then she recommended a cut that fit's my face structure. and Voila!!! i looked magnificent!!!.what a great experience for an american customer!!!.THANK-YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! deirdre
